The company has also supported Air Force programs, including remotely piloted aircraft operations center support. Koa Lani JV LLC holds two significant Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicles. The first is an $854 million contract with the Department of the Navy Installations Command, awarded in January 2021, to provide range operations and base operations support services at the Pacific Missile Range Facility through December 2030. This single-award IDIQ was set aside as a competitive 8(a) contract. The second is a $784 million multiple-award IDIQ contract with the Department of the Air Force Air Combat Command, awarded in May 2022, for Squadron Operations Center Support. This contract, set aside for small businesses, supports remotely piloted aircraft operations center services through May 2030. Under these IDVs, Koa Lani JV LLC has received numerous task orders for a variety of services, including sustainment of remotely piloted aircraft missions, range operations support, and base operations services, demonstrating the company's broad capabilities in supporting critical defense programs.
